These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover a paid engagement: if you hire KRZ, a separate written agreement governs that work, and where the two disagree, the agreement wins.

KRZ Business Accelerator Corp, a corporation registered in the State of Florida, United States.
What this site is
A description of services we sell and a way to contact us. Nothing on this page is a binding offer, and nothing here creates a client relationship. A relationship starts when both sides sign an agreement.
About the results shown
The numbers on this site come from accounts KRZ has managed. They describe what happened in those accounts, in their market, with their budget and their offer. They are not a forecast and they are not a promise of what will happen in yours. Advertising results depend on your offer, your pricing, your market, your competition, how fast your team answers a lead and the platforms themselves, and several of those are outside our control. Client names appear only where the client gave permission.
Prices
Prices shown are in United States dollars and are our standard rates at the date above. They can change. Your advertising budget is not included: you pay that straight to Google and to Meta, from your own account. Any introductory condition applies as written on the page where it appears.
What you agree not to do
- Submit someone else's information, or information you know to be false.
- Use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Copy the text, images or video on this site for use elsewhere without our written permission.
- Attempt to disrupt the site or access parts of it that are not public.
Other people's trademarks
Google, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Stripe are trademarks of their owners. We name them to describe the platforms we work on. Those companies do not endorse KRZ, and nothing here should be read as if they do. Partner designations we display are the ones issued to us by the platform that issued them.

Limits
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, KRZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
